Continue ReadingFor lunch, my bestie and I sometimes go to a local wing place. A few weeks ago, I tried out their new bacon and bleu burger and said to myself, “Self, I need to recreate this.” So, here it is for your dining pleasure! It is not two flavors I would immediately put together but with everything piled onto a brioche bun it is the most amazing burger in the world! Don’t scrimp and make sure you buy good bleu cheese dressing though… life is too short to not get the real stuff! Enjoy!

Happy Monday! I am not sure what happened to last week, but I realized I didn’t post a darn thing. Oops. I guess I needed a break! Since it’s Monday, it means it is time for Monday Manifest! I had some pork loin chops that I bought on sale and a can of green enchiladas sauce that I bought instead of the red sauce. I was standing in front of the cupboard and thought “hmmmm… wonder what that would taste like?!” Oh my… it was delicious.
