Today’s recipe for Cajun Chicken and Potatoes is amazing! Growing up, we used to have these packets of potatoes on the grill that my family called potato surprises. This recipe reminds me of those, but with the added chicken. If you don’t have or like Cajun seasoning, feel free to use any type of seasoning mix you like. Enjoy!

We decided to take the kids to the Children’s Museum in Indianapolis and spend the night in a motel. The kids were super-excited about the motel – especially when demands for a pool were realized.
