Ingredients

mayonnaise

sour cream

vinegar
any type (apple cider is great!)
salt and pepper
to taste

frozen peas
thawed

bacon
cooked and crumbled

ounces
cheddar cheese
shredded or pea-size cubes

cups
red onions
diced
Instructions
In small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
Place thawed peas into the large bowl and add dressing. Stir to incorporate.
Add in bacon, cheese, and onions. Stir to incorporate.
Cover and refrigerate at least two hours, then serve chilled.
Notes
If you want a healthier version, use low-fat or fat-free mayo and sour cream!
