Preheat the oven to 400℉. Place the bacon slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 15-17 minutes, or until crispy. Remove the bacon from the oven and drain on a paper-towel lined plate until cool. Crumble.
Add the broccoli, onions, bacon, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and cheese to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
In a small bowl, add the mayo and yogurt and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Pour dressing over broccoli mix. Stir to incorporate.
