Stuffed Pork Chops

thick cut pork chops
1
lb
ground pork sausage
1
medium
onion
finely diced
1
medium
green pepper
finely diced
1/2
cup
bread crumbs
pinch
chili powder
dash
red hot sauce
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Carefully cut a pocked in each porkchop. (The butcher can do this, if you ask.)
Mix sausage, onions, and green peppers together by hand.
Add bread crumbs and incorporate into the mixture.
Mix in the hot sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Divide the sausage mixture into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
Stuff each ball into the pocked of the pork chops.
Bake at 350℉ until sausage and pork chops are no longer pink, about 30 minutes.
