Healthy Broccoli Salad
Healthy Broccoli Salad is one of my go-to lunch recipes year-round. I love how delicious and crunchy it is – I don’t even feel like I am eating healthy. Which is a win-win for me! It is so easy to make and so amazingly delicious!

How to Make Healthy Broccoli Salad
Chop the broccoli up, throw everything together and let it sit in the fridge. All done.
Variations
- Dried fruits. Tried dried cherries or raisins for a twist.
- Onions. This is delicious with green onions or scallions, as well as yellow, white, or Vidalia onions
- Bacon. Save time and buy pre-cooked and pre-crumbled bacon. I won’t tell.

Healthy Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 5 cups broccoli florets from one large head broccoli
- 1/3 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400β. Place the bacon slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 15-17 minutes, or until crispy. Remove the bacon from the oven and drain on a paper-towel lined plate until cool. Crumble.
- Add the broccoli, onions, bacon, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and cheese to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, add the mayo and yogurt and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mix. Stir to incorporate.
