Pork Dinners You'll Make Again and Again
There's something comforting about a good pork dinner. Maybe it's a pan of baked pork chops, a pot of pulled pork that's been cooking all day, or a simple sausage skillet that comes together on a busy weeknight. They're the kinds of meals that don't need fancy ingredients or complicated techniques - they just work.
Stuffed Pork Chops
This was probably one of the first “real” dishes I ever made. Â I think I was 12 when I made it the first time. Â My grandpa and I would spend hours watching Justin Wilson and his Cajun cooking show on cable. Â He used to always say stuff like, “Wooooeeee thats some good eatins right there, I garontee.” Â The man had red hot sauce running through his veins.
