What I Cooked This Week: A Week of Low Effort Homemade Meals

This week’s meals were very much a “what can I throw together that sounds good and doesn’t require a ton of effort” situation. A couple turned out really good, a couple were purely survival meals, and honestly that’s pretty much how most weeks go around here. I’ve been trying to keep things simple lately with easy dinners, things we already had at home, and meals that feel cozy without making a huge mess in the kitchen.
