What I Cooked This Week: Easy Family Dinners

This week felt a little more structured, but I still kept things easy. I’m really trying to stick with meals that don’t require a lot of effort or planning.

Here’s what worked this week:

Monday:
Sheet pan sausage and veggies
Everything on one pan = less cleanup, which I always appreciate.

Tuesday:
Taco bowls
Basically tacos in a bowl—easy to customize for everyone.

Wednesday:
Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Simple, cozy, and quick.

Thursday:
Chicken alfredo
A little more filling, but still pretty easy to throw together.

Friday:
Frozen pizza and salad
Keeping it real—this happens a lot around here

Saturday:
Leftovers
Always helpful after a long week.

Sunday:
Baked chicken and green beans
Simple and dependable.
