What I Cooked This Week: Real-Life Family Meals

This was one of those weeks where I didn’t feel like cooking much, so I leaned into really simple meals.

Here’s what we ended up having:

Monday:
BBQ chicken sandwiches
Quick and easy with minimal prep.

Tuesday:
Ground beef tacos
Another go-to that always works.

Wednesday:
Pasta with meat sauce
Simple and filling.

Thursday:
Chicken stir fry
Used what we had in the fridge—nothing fancy.

Friday:
Takeout
Sometimes you just need a break.

Saturday:
Leftovers
No complaints here.

Sunday:
Pot roast
Easy in the slow cooker and lasts for a couple meals.
